I owe the IRS a little over 10k. What are my options... I currently pay $110.00 every paycheck (garnished). Can I still settle? How hard is it to settle with the IRS... and should I seek professional help or are all those commericals and ad's bogus?

Most of those adds are bogus... while they might sttle... they really have no motivation to... first you can't get out of the debt.. and they can garnish almost anything.

I forget the naes but one of the ones that you saw advertizing the most the last couple years drew the rath of the feds for takign money and dooing nothing. You remember the Grizly Adams looking guy with a full beard.
