How do I replace the belts on a Quality Pro Lawn Tractor model # 169003, 20 hp, 46" deck

Hi,
This an Electrolux product from the time it was part of Frigidaire Outdoor Products. It is an AYP produced machine now under the Husqvarna corporate umbrella. Someone else posted it to Google Docs after a similar question on SSB Tractors. The link is:
