Ok after my period went off I had sex on April the 14 and my partner released sperm a little bit inside me so today is the April 16 what is the sperm doing inside me now?

If you weren't close to ovulation, they died off.

If you are close to ovulation, many have died off or soon will, while the others are wandering around (literally) as they move up into the fallopian tubes in hopes of an egg being released very soon, if it hasn't already. Some of those will continue to wander aimlessly, and a few will actually continue to move in the right direction.

If you do release an egg soon, several will try to work together to help a lucky one get through. It sometimes work, but more often than not, the effort is thwarted and pregnancy will not occur.
