Hi, since last 3 day I am getting only cold or hot water from taps/shower, there might be rare occasion when the water is warm.
Do you guy have any idea?

This doesn't give me much to work on. What type of water heater? Gas or electric? Does every tap in the house go cold or hot at the same time? Are you saying that you can't temper hot waster down to warm water? Do you have a recirculating system installed? If this affects all the taps at the same time I'd be giving a hard look at the water heater. Back to you, Tom
