I worked for a company in Wisconsin but worked from my home in Ohio. The payroll service in Wisconsin deducted taxes for Wisconsin. Do I owe tax to Wisconsin?

No, this is not Wisconsin income. Ask your employer not to withhold Wisconsin taxes.
If this is for 2011, you will file Wisconsin return to claim the refund. Attach a letter from employer that you never worked in Wisconsin.

And just as importantly - you will have to include this income in your OH tax return, and your company should be withholding OH income tax from your wages. Be sure to talk to the payroll department to have them start doing so - otherwise you will owe a huge tax bill at the end of the year, and possibly interest penalty.
