    What happens if you got a bump on your private but it does not hurt?
    Well my vagina has this bump on the side but it is not inside & it is not red. It just show the color of my skin & it does not hurt that much.

    Could be an ingrown hair, could be a pimple, could be an STD. Really no way for us to know. Only a doctor can tell you for sure.
