I am 12 and am 4' 11'' and 105 lbs. I want to be 80 lbs. and I want to be 80 lbs quick. I want to lose weight but my family thinks it's ridiculous. How do I lose weight without them knowing. I exercise for at least 2 hours 5 days a week! Help! I'm not that fat but I have a little bit of a belly and want to tone my arms and legs and abs!
