5525 john deere will not go or move forwards or backwards

Hi,
I gather that this is an Ag tractor of the PowrReverser variety. These machines have no shortage of electronics inside the steering column area. There is however a relay that has given problems with dirty contacts, K 17, I think.
This may be a problem to contact Deere about. Is it in warranty? Try this link about Customer Service:
