Hey I've been called in by the MIP system to come in and take a U.A. I had just smoked some weed the other two days so I have made the decision to not go in and take a test. What are the consequences for not appearing to that?

In my area a non-appearance is the same as a "dirty." What happens after that is anybody's guess.

It shows as a automatic dirty, ( you had a better chance taking it and hoping it would not show up)

Normally it can cause you to be violated for not showing up. The funny thing is, often your first dirty UA from a real test is given another change.

Yes, I should have said that - in my area if you test "dirty," you're given a second chance. Don't show up - no second chance.
