    Can my husband an I get custody of my little sister even though he is a sex offender a level 1 he was never convicted he was set up all he got was to be put on the list for 10 years an it was dropped to a misdermeaner because of no evidences

    What your saying makes no sense. If there wasn't a conviction then there would only be an accusation. It wouldn't be on a list for 10 years. Or changed to misdemeanor. If there was no crime there are no charges of anykind.

    What is really going on ?
