My 91 honda civic passager motorized seat has stopped working.
I have checked: fuse's at battery(ok), cleaned the fuser block, belt motor(ok), power to motor at wire connection at motor (no power).
(driver side works).

I found sheathing on drivers side wire at fuser to be cut, but working.
I was told, that I needed to fix this wire and that should fix the problem.

Is there a trip switch between the belt motor and battery?

What makes the belt motor turn on when door is shut?
