I have been feeling sick for a few days already and for two days already I haven't drank nor eaten anything.. because I don't have the appatite to do it.. so I was wondering how much longer can I go like this before I have to go to the hospital.. or how much can on live without water nor food.

You can go a fair amount of time without food, not nearly as much without fluids. If you can not take any fluids... tea, small sips of water, juice, popsicle, etc. you need to see your doctor. You can go from bad to worse fairly quickly once your body starts to dehydrate which you have already started to do. If you can't see your doctor, have someone take you to hospital. Do not wait on it.
