My boyfriend was shaving and wasn't paying attention or something and he got a cut on his penis, I think there's two of them. It looks kind of like peeled of skin and he say it bothers him when he was a Bonner, so we haven't had sex in a while. The cuts are right under the head of the penis, so I was wondering if we had sex without a condom or at all if it would cause HIV or an STD or any other sexually transmitted disease?
