    Lien on property
I loaned someone money with a notarized written agreement and interest at 10% stating in the agreement that if payments were not made I have a right to put a lien on the property that was mentioned in the notarized agreement. Can I put a lien on the property and if so what form do I use?

You file the agreement with the county clerk to record the lien.

Please note, that you also have some belief that because it is notarized it is more "legal" while in some states some loans or liens require it, but it is merely a formal witness.

Your loan document is the paper work and you file it against the property at the recorders office.
