Wash your penis after piss. Slightly move up the dender skin and wash daily with applying soap during bathing. For it ching apply olive oil.

While I agree that keeping it clean is a good thing to do, if you are dealing with a urinary tract infection it will do little good. Drinking cranberry juice is good but it is not a cure for anything.
And if you are sexually active you could be dealing with something else entirely.
Your best bet is to go get it checked by your Doctor.
