Hello,

I worked for a year under my opt visa in a marketing company where was an employee and received w-2 form. Where they withheld federal taxes that I should get return on. Also I worked for a month as an independent contractor at a tennis camp and they sent me form 1099-misc. where nothing was withheld and I assume I should pay the federal income tax. Which form should I fill out?
