    Equations of Motion
If a Ski-Jumper leaves a ramp with a horizontal velocity of 10 metres per second and no vertical velocity and lands on the snow again after 5 seconds, how far does he jump and what is the height difference between the end of the ramp and the landing point?
Also, if a second Ski-Jumper, whose weight is 1.4 times that of the first jumper, leaves the ramps with the same velocity, will his jump be further than the first jumper?
