Yea, I'm 16 and well I got on probation for assault, misteminer 1 probation and I got in trouble on probtion for a curfew offense and this judge really hates me and I don't know what going to happen and I have court tomorrow, what do you think will happen, can the judge do anything he wants to me?

Well actually if this is a JUV court, the judge can do amout anything he wants, At least in the states I have dealt with, they have complete control of the child for their own well being. He could send a child to boot camp, he could send the child to detention. He could order a home investigation, he could order additional community service or a tighter level of probation.

Juv court is nothing like adutl court and they have very few of the rights as found in adult court.
