My girl is 2 and has bad temper .see all so crys here breath out.I need help

What discipline methods are you using ?
What triggers her outbursts?

Is there a problem with here.

I say no 1 and than spank.. then she crys breath out and wants to pas out.spray water in her face then OK.. temper if she dus not like it hell brakes out,she will hit you and shout .
