    My son is 18 living with his mother and working full time he is doing online classes... florida stopped child support at 18 because he was living with me now his mother is trying to get me to pay again because he is doing online classes

    Unless there is a court order that you must continue paying, you don't have to. What is she doing to try to get you to pay again?

    some how the state is involved again and may have to speak to magistrate
