There's only one way to find out (and that's not by asking on the Internet). Make an appointment with your doctor who will check you over, poke around, and give you a diagnosis.

    Pulled Muscle?
Hi. I've been having a pain in my right upper chest area when I talk, sneeze, laugh, cough or move around a certain way. It's been like this for about a week now. I applied ice to it the other day and that kind of help, but the pain is still there.. What should I do? Should I go to the doctor or just let it heal itself? It's a very uncomfortable feeling and I just want it to go away. :/
