My Samsung toccos screen won't turn on but the phone is definitely on because it vibrated so a message got through however nothing on the screen won't appear not even the blue bar on start up, I really need the phone and I have no money to replace screen please please help make the solution free please

Have you tried a "hard reboot" by removing the battery, leaving it out for 2-3 minutes and then putting it back in? Try that.

... I don't think replacement of the screen is what you need. It's likely something with the software that has gone wrong.

Also, have you tried calling your carrier to speak to their tech support people?
