Took 2 5mg alprazalom Sunday night at 10pm now have drug test Wednesday at 330pm only took it once... and also work out all the time.will it show up in urine test?

Tough to say. Alprazolam (class: benzodiazepine), commonly Niravam, Xanax, can be detectable in urine for up to 7 days (range of 48-178 hours).

Usually at the lower end of the range at the dosage and experience you indicate. Nonetheless you should expect a clearance time of 48 hours at minimum. That's close!
