    Title registration
    I'm trying to sell my manufactured home and property which I purchased as one from a realtor 24 years ago. I now find that my house was never titled through the SC DMV and before I can sell it I must detitle, something I don't have. What are my options?

    What type of manufactured home? You have a mobile home and you have modular homes.
    A modular home is part of the deed, like a regularly built house normally and not on title

    My home has HUD tags on both sides, so I'm guessing mobile home??
