I got a auto loan and couldn't pay for it, so I turned in the car July of 1997 and in 1998 it was on my credit report. Then I never saw it again on my credit report again. I have buy 3 trucks with auto loans since. In 2008 they sued me and I didn't know it. Then last week 15 years later they went to my bank and took money out of 4 bank acounts. What can I do and this all took place in Cailfornia.
