    How to lose 10 kgs in 1 month
    I am an 14 year old and I weigh 90 kgs. I feel it is too much and I am ready to do anything except any medicine. I don't want to make my body a experimental.tell me any solution to reduce my weight as soon as possible

    Seriously you are NOT going to loose such a large amount in such a short space of time, unless you consider radical surgery.

    Darling its not possible to lose 10kgs unless you starve! But its nit a healthy thing to do... if you follow the below diet you can lose up to 4kgs every month:

    Wake up at 7 have a glass of water
    8am: Have breakfast like have a 2-3 slices of bread, one medium size roti with vegetables like carrot, beans and add a small piece of chicken
    11am: Have a fruit (no banana, mango)
    1pm: Have 1.5 tea cup lunch with lots of vegetables and remember to add some meat but no poke
    3pm: Have 2-3 crackers
    5pm: Have a fruit/youghurt (should be full fat yoghurt)
    7pm: Have a fish/chicken soup/ one fruit+one yoghurt+2 crackers

    I was 82kgs when I was 14 and now I'am 19 and I weigh 63kgs... this diet actually works! GOOD LUCK :)

    10 lbs in one week. I did it. Eat as much as you need to fill full. You may only eat Campbell's chicken noodle soup, original kind, and must be one can soup to one full can of water. Eat nothing else. Drink only water. You will stay full and lose 10 pounds in one week. I did this when I had no money.

    This is both dangerous and foolish "advice."
