My female guppy has a reddish substance on her body. Originally it was white and I thoght it was Ick. But it has turned redish or there is also something redish on her. What is it and how can I treat it?

If its on the fin it could be fit rot?

It was on the body, the fins appear to be fine. Now the reddish coloring seems to have disappeared and the white is still there. I used some ick medication and she appears to be getting better. I the treatments says to use no more than three times,I am on the second and she seems to be getting better, so I am not sure what it was .

I think said by Guppylover1 is totally right. You may also try for same procedure or treatment for your fish too, or may contact with a fish expert.
