Jack, it's unlikely that she's pregnant, but it's not impossible. I do have to ask, what do you mean by "we haven't actually had sex but I did put it in"? If you "put it in", then you had sex.

The next step would be for her to take a pregnancy test.

Give you a little secret, if you put it in, you had sex. Does not matter if it was only for a minute.
If there were any fluids, there can be sperm in any of the fluids.

So of course yes she could be pregnant because it sounds like you were not using any protection at all.

First is she late or not, ( you should like you are not even sure about that) when was her last period ?
Next yes periods are not always exact, so she could just be late, does not have to have a reason, can just be late.

So in about a week, she needs to take a home pregnancy test.

How old are you that you are so woefully ignorant about sex? Let me educate you. If you touched her breasts, you had sex. If you touched her between her legs, you had sex. If she touched you between your legs, you had sex. If you inserted your penis into her vagina you had sexual intercourse. Which would also mean that neither of you are virgins any longer. And anytime you have penile insertion you risk pregnancy. The risks nay be minimal for certain behaviors, but the risk is there. It only takes one sperm to finds its way to a waiting egg.

So if her being pregnant worries you, then stop taking risks.
