A company called coleshill are taking money out of my bank account , I have not a clue what this is can you help?
Ok, do you know what coleshill is , I've phones the bank and they don't know either?
All I have is a mini bank statement from today , I have nothing on credit or Any debts? Who do I phone ? I've searched the web and it's not coming up with anything ?
First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. To avoid confusion your question has been moved to its own thread.
Have you gone to the bank branch? Before a bank can remove any money from your account, they need authorization. This authorization can be an approval from you or it can be an order from a court.
Therefore, the bank has to be able to show you a copy of that authorization. I would be in the branch first thing tomorrow (assuming its closed now) demanding to see a copy of the authorization or have the money restored.
Thanks for your help
Hello again, j:
I understand that you DON'T have what you need. That's why I told you to go to the bank to get it.
You haven't said that you don't owe any money... You MUST know that you have accounts in arrears. You MUST know that they're going to DO something about it... If your address hasn't changed, you MUST have known about the lawsuit...
So, unless this is an absolute MISTAKE, and it COULD be, then none of this should come as a surprise to you.

No I don't owe money or in any sort of credit the only money that goes in and out is on my car , which could noway be that , I will go to bank 1st thing and inquire again.
Good luck and keep us posted.
How much was taken out? Was it all or just a small amount?
£15.04 was taken out today but going to have to check how many more have been taken out in the past ! Yes will do , I'm hoping I can find out too as I no it's a small amount of money but it's mine and no one has the right to take it out my bank for no reason and not no who it is
That it's a small amount and a one time withdrawal says it was either a mistake or a purchase you made. I did Google Coleshill and found several reference but none that might represent a place where you made a purchase.
Hello again, j:
Nobody would have a judgment for $15 (pounds). A court order would take ALL the money. It now sounds to me like some sort of pre-authorization. These are VERY easy to fall prey too these days... I'm a pretty sharp guy, and I got caught up in one recently... I went on a website for some technical help... They charged something like $4.80 to get a question answered... I bought.
But, I did NOT buy a monthly $15 contract for free advice anytime I wanted, and THAT'S exactly what they said I did. Yes, I got out of it.
Many of these scams are small so they HOPE you'll let it go. Lots of people do, and they get rich.
