1990 honda civic no power to fuel pump
No power going to the fuel pump. The timing belt is fine and the main relay I already replaced. I checked for burnt fuses and they are fine. The car cranks but no start. It is getting spark too. Don't know what to do from here. Not a honda guy here so don't know what else to look at

. Test all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter. Visual inspection is not good enough.

. Verify that the Check Engine Light comes on for 2 seconds and then goes out, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II). If it doesn't, the ECM may have failed.

. Jump main relay connectors 5 and 7, turn the ignition switch to ON, and verify that the fuel pump runs.
