I am 21 years old have not had a period in 4 months have excess body and facial hair, feel very fatigued,have horrible stomach cramps,pain during and after intercourse, am not pregnant , have been tested for thyroid problems, don't have them, no cysts. What could it be? Please help me this has been happening on and off for 3 years and I can't afford a specialist and my ob/gyno can't figure it out!

I'm so sorry. There's really no way for any of us to give you a diagnosis online. If your own doctor can't figure it out, then we don't have a shot at all. We don't have access to blood work, scans, or any of the other tests he did. We can guess, but guesses won't help you.

I know it's hard, but you'll have to find a way to get to a specialist. This is your health, and it's worth the money to make sure to get your health back on track.
