My girls are 11 and 12.They will be 12 and 13 in May.They were apprehended March 27,2012,by USMA.I need to know if this was legal for them to take my girls off the reserve into non-native home.We are being depicted as party animals,which we are not.Usma claims to have revieved 4 calls in a year,which is not true.

I am Canadian and don't recognize USMA. What is it, thunder? Most here on international site will not be able to give you a determination. Yours is a native reserve problem, right?

Aprehended for what? Please explain. They are minors after all, thunder, and under Canadian law, what did you expect to happen.
