My dog is an 11 week old german sheperd. He hasn't been eating for 4 days and throws up all the water he drinks. He is some what playfull but mostly just sits there.

What does the vet say?

This is a dangerous situation and needs a vet's attention immediately. Four days without food and little water is an emergency! Please find a 24 hour emergency vet right away.

Second seeing a vet. Pups will often miss a meal, but not for 4 days straight and the vomiting is definitely a worry.

I also agree that this needs to be seen to by a vet. Until you get the pup in give pedialyte. With the lack of fluid going in, and the vomiting, he will get dehydrated quickly. Dehydration can and does kill.

Start him on pedialyte immediately, and get him to the vet asap.
