I have back pain that comes and goes. And very once in awhile Ill get nausea after I eat. I've been having cramps for 2 weeks now. They feel like my men cycle. And my breasts are tender, my nipples are sensitive. I had the mirana put in July 2007 and then taken out in December 2011. Were trying for another child. Could I be pregnant? The 1st day of my last period was march 15 th. 

Yes, you might be because that's what my mom felt when she was pregnant with me!

See I didn't feel any of that other than the tender breasts with my 1st child. I haven't taken a test because I haven't missed my period

Is your period late? Have you tried a pregnancy test?

Yes, it's possible that you're pregnant. If you've had sex, then pregnancy is always a possibility. Are you? We really don't know, and we really can't tell you.

I gave you an answer. I just can't give you the answer you want to hear. No one online can diagnose pregnancy. It's just not possible. There are three ways to diagnose pregnancy. A urine test, a blood test, or an ultrasound. We don't have access to your urine or your blood, or an ultrasound, and you're period is not even late yet, so it would be too early to test.

Could you be pregnant? Yes. Could you have the flu? Yes. Could you have PMS? Yes. There are many possibilities for the symptoms you're feeling.

You'll have to wait and see. That's your only option. If you miss your period then try a pregnancy test. Until then, there's really no way for anyone to tell you what's going on.
