I am an international student from India. I entered California in 2009. I have been here since then. I have a w2 form and a 1099 Misc form. I want to know which CA tax forms aM I supposed to fill ? Do I need to fill 540 Schedule CA ( To include 1099 MIsc: NOT sure ) and 540 NR long or is 540 NR short form enough?

I have already filled schedule C of 1040NR and included the amount from 1099-Misc.

Well since you already included it on your 1040NR, and the adjusted gross income from that is transferred to your California return, why would you need to include it again?
