What does hand arthritis feel like?

I have sharp pain in the palm of my hand. I can feel joints in my palm moving like they are popping in and out of joint.I place my hand on the floor to push myself up and a pain shoot through my finger tips and up my arm. Starting with the palm. Like I had grabbed a hard object and received painful micro fractures in the center of my palm. I know its not broken, but it feels like it. The pain doesn't linger, only when I apply pressure on my hand..
