    My landlord came over with no notice and started fighting about something that was said in town and I ask him to leave he said I don't have to I own this place does he the right to stay

    Yes and no. Do you live in an apartment complex or a detached house? He cannot stay in your living quarters over your protests. But depending on the nature of the property he may be able to stay on the property.

    As long as you rent the police, with some exceptions (emergency repairs, showing to prospective buyers/tenants after you have given notice), you can control who is in your home.
