A woman goes into a bathroom. While in the stall, a man and a woman come in arguing. A struggle ensues then a dead woman drops to the floor in the next stall. Then the killer drops a police badge before leaving. The cop tries to find the woman who "witnessed" the murder.

A very dark movie and the "witness" wears a black leather jacket I think.
