I drove my el dry as in no gas heading to a program in a rush after that it wouldn't start put gas in it still wouldn't got a new battery and got a new starter cause it wasn't hitting the fly wheel put that in now I'm not sure what's going on

Fill the fuel tank with more than a token amount of gas. Turn the ignition switch to ON (Position II), until the fuel pump stops running; then, turn the ignition switch to OFF. Repeat this process two more times. This will fully pressurize the fuel rail. On the last attempt, turn the ignition switch to START--the engine should fire right up.
Thanks a lot man... I will try that but I been trying and trying... if I would listen I should hear the fuel pump pretty load in the car no?.
