Hi, I am currently a single woman and seeing two people, please don't judge I am only seeking help, and I am having unprotected sex with both of them. Both men are clean of STI's, but I had sex with one of them and afterwards, my upper vaginal area burned after urination, it's only getting worse. There's a very strong odour to my urine as well. I am also having dreams about it too, scary dreams.. I have had this before with the Sam partner but it usually goes away if I drink lots of fluids and take extra hygien procedures. Is this a UTI or an STI? Please help!

Sometimes if women aren't lubricated enough for sex it can burn afterwards. But what makes you certain these two are free from STI's? UTI are really painful (Well, I think so!) and you'd probably know if it were one.

It is a sign of a STD, sorry but you don't know from day to day if someone is clean, most show little outward signs.

Don't get me wrong because I am not passing judgement, just pointing out an obvious fact.
You are admitting to having unprotected sex with two partners, what prevents one or both of them from doing the same? And keeping you in the dark about it?
You can't know for certain that they are both STD free.
Could be a UTI, could be PID (pelvic inflammatory disease) could be an STD, you won't know for certain if you don't get it checked out for yourself.
