Well I'm 15 turning 16 in the summer and my girlfriend just turned 14 this year. She wants me to get her pregnant, but the thing that gets us scared is what the law will do. Like is this illegal? Can I go to Juvi for getting her Pregnant? Please somebody answer me as soon as you read this. I can't go to sleep at night for thinking of this. ANSWER THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
Simple answer, DON'T.

Not only would this be ILLEGAL, but highly inadvisable as you would be saying good bye to enjoying yourself and doing all of those things that make you who you are.
You will be at the child's call 24 hours a day and will have ZERO money for yourself for DECADES to come!!
While I understand that your hormones are running rampant at the moment and you don't know what to do, a child is NOT the answer.

As for the legal consequences, that depends on where you live (ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. ) At 14 she is likely under the age of consent, but there may be close in age laws that would protect you from jail. But the point here is that you probably already broke those laws since I'm assuming you are already engaging in sexual intercourse with her.
And, if you and she think the three of you will just settle down to a blissful family life, you are totally clueless. The more likely scenario is her parents refusing you access to her as will be their right. And that means going to court for your rights which is more expense.
Have you tried reading some of the posts here about teenagers who get pregnant? Do you both understand that your lives will change radically. No more hanging out with your friends, the baby becomes the center of your existence and everything revolves around the child.
You don't say how long you two have been together or why she wants a baby so I won't deal with those issues. But this is a BAD, BAD, BAD idea on several grounds. Going to jail may be the least of your concerns. Please keep it in your pants until you have matured enough to provide a good home for the child.

I would bet that, if you get her pregnant against our advice, she will drop you in short order. And she will be asking us how to get the child off the BC, move to another state, get you (the convicted felon child molester, etc.) out of her life, blah, blah, blah.

And where is all this coming from? How about this spin. During childbirth she dies. It happens all the time and at her age she is a at risk pregnancy. If she dies the child if born will go to adoption and other charges can be added to you. Oh yeah playing adult gets you adult time. As AK noted, this would be illegal in GA. Also GA is known for prosecuting underage sex. There was a rather well known case only a couple of years ago about a boy who was sentenced to 10 years for having consensual oral sex with an underage girl. In GA you will stay in Juv till you turn 17, at 17 the state of GA will most likely transfer you to a State Prison ( they have one for men 17 to 21) You will be a registered sex offender for the rest of your life.
As for as money and insurance for the baby, sorry but BULL, a child can not have their own insurance and under the parents paternity is not covered.

I don't know what the law is in Gorgia or whatever. But in my opinion, you're crazy. First of all, why would you even want to get her pregnant? A baby cost lots of money, which you will not have, even if you have all the support from your parents. Secondly, you have your whole life ahead of you, why be tied down to raise a baby? Live your life. Party, get wasted, try new things, get girlfriends. But don't have a baby. At least not now. If you do get her pregnant, you'll think it's a good idea now, but in a few years you'll look at your kid, and your wife and realize that you could be so much happier and you'll regret every irresponsible thing you done. You can accomplish so much in your life, but if you have a baby, none of your goals can come true. Don't do it, honey. You'll be thankful in the future.
