Filed a Restraining Order and granted on 02/14/12 on my husband. On 03/06/12 he filed a Restraining Order with Lawsuit on me. I need to know how to fill out a Motion for Continuance so Lawsuit will be on same day as the devorse in the same court with the same Judge.
