How can I post pone my period a week? I'm desperate. I'm in a long distance relationship, and the guy that I'm with is coming up next Thursday and staying until Sunday. My period is supposed to come within that duration, I won't be able to see him for MONTHS. I'm on birth control, the tri colored ones. Its my placebo week. Please help me. Anything to stop it, or make it come right now, or delay it for another week.

Sometimes it's acceptable to take two packs of contraceptive pill in a row. (No more than two!) However, the symptoms in your next period will probably be a bit more painful.
