I took 1 percocet 5/325 on Wednesday evening and I have a urine drug test on Friday morning. I have been drinking lots of water and will drink a detox on Friday morining, will I pass?

You have 2 distinct chances of passing: 1. Percocet (acetaminophen and oxycodone) is only detected if specifically tested for at the lower range of detection (LOD). Standard drug panels will detect only very high dosages. 2. Even if tested for, which is simply a reduction of LOD for opiates, you may very well be below cutoff at the dosage you note.

An exception to item 2 would be if you had taken percocets in the days leading up to your last dose. In other words if you are a regular user. Then the picture changes.
