So I've been having some early pregnancy symptoms as well as early miscarriage symptoms. But if I am pregnant I'd only be about 2 weeks maybe a few days extra. I also drink heavily every day (I haven't drunken in about a week to try to figure out what's wrong with me.) I've been having an extremely irregular period. Didn't have it for almost a month (which I thought could be due to drinking, I easily sexually active at that time so I know I wasn't pregnant) but all of a sudden I started having really strange blood discharge. Very dark and unhealthy looking. Next came unbearable cramps in my lower abdomen and in my shoulders and back. I can barely move some times but it dosint feel like my normal menstrual cramps. Also headaches and fatigue. Any ideas?

It could be just about anything. When was the last time you had a physical exam?

Do you use birth control?

Never and pretty much no, not really. Tried but there were complications obviously.
