I was on the depo shot and now have been off for a year I started having regular periods now all of a sudden the past two months I haven't had I just tired 30 years old would my age have anything to do with that.

Are you actively Trying to conceive? Have you tried taking a HPT? I doubt your age has much to do with it. You are still young.

I've taken two hpt both were negative but that was last month and still nothing no period I have pregnant symptom's

Go to your doctor and ask for a quantitative blood test. It is an extremely accurate test that will give you the exact level of hCG (pregnancy hormone) in your blood. If it is not pregnancy they can advise you where to go from here.

I have some pregnancy symptoms and I am also two months late. I have had two quantitative blood tests and 4 or more urine tests all say negative. I have to go have an ultrasound.
