I am from Goa, presently working and staying in Abu Dhabi with my husband. I have already got my B.I and my portuguese passport is under process. I would like to ask you that after getting my passport and if I want to travel outside the country (India) and go to other country like UK will I be able to take my husband along with me at the same time. If yes... What are the procedures or paper work I need to do or submit in the Embassy.

Well, firstly you will not be able to take your husband along, you can directly buy a ticket and leave to any EU country, if you want to go to UK, that's fine too. Once you land in any EU country you will have to apply for a registration certificate, from the Immigration, which will allow your husband to stay with you for a period of 5 years, in that period, try to get his passport sorted out.
