    I believe you are looking for the Auto-Ignition temperature:

    In this article it also lists the autoignition temperature of several chemicals.

    I believe there are different grades of diesel and petrol and so you would have to specify them more clearly to get a clear answer on those.

    Self ignition temperature of the petrol 250 degree centigrade

    Flash point and pour point is different from the self ingition temperature

    Pour pont is the temperature at which first drop of liquid falls drops(when it is heated)
