Yes, it has can give breakouts on the face but if you use the Clarifying scrubbing cream (makari). You don't really get. I used makari (serum mix with milk) on my face and my skin is perfect. I saw results in few days. This will make 2 weeks now and my face and neck became very clear. I will use it as another 1 ½ months. Then I also started to use it on my body. So I advise you to use makari but exfoliate your face with this cream every night, and you will not have problems. I have very sensitive skin but also makari works well for me.
