I would like to ask if I can still be pregnant. I'm using pills for 2 years already and my last pill ended last March 14th and had period on the 18th but my fiancée and I had unprotected sex once last March 23. I always had my period on the 3rd day after I took my last pill(21 pills).I'm just confused about calculating my cycle. I have a normal menstruation that last only for 3-5 days. Hope somebody can help me on this. Thank you

When you say your last pill, do you mean the last pill in that pack before starting a new pack, or that it was the last pill taken and you have not started a new pack? I ask because after being on birth control for so long, and then ending it can cause your cycle to be thrown off. You could also be pregnant though, as anytime you have sex, protected or not, there is a chance of pregnancy. I suggest you wait a week and then take a HPT. If the results are negative and your period has not returned in 2 weeks or so, then consult your doctor.

Yes the last pill in a 21 pills pack.I never had sex after that.
